Who is the creepy guy in the back?

Breehan: Dave and I met through my cousin Sarah. We dated for 5 months, then he went on his mission to Chile '00 and I went on mine to England in '01. We dated a year and then got married in July '03. We have since added to our family with Drew and then Maddie. We love them both so much only when they aren't crying, just kidding.
